- No Binding Offer: The listing of a vehicle on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. It is an "invitation to treat." A legal contract of sale is only formed when you visit our showroom, sign a Sales Agreement, and pay a deposit.
- Inventory Status: We sell vehicles daily. While we try to update the website immediately, a vehicle listed as "Available" may have been sold or reserved offline. Please call us to confirm availability before visiting.
3. Pricing and Quotes ("Call for Price")
- Quotes are Estimates: Any price provided via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email is an estimate based on current market conditions.
- Validity: Verbal or message-based quotes are not binding indefinitely. The final selling price is confirmed only upon drafting of a formal Sales Agreement at our showroom.
- Subject to Change: We reserve the right to adjust the price of any vehicle prior to the signing of a contract.
4. Vehicle Condition ("As-Is" Disclaimer)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written contract:
- Used/Reconditioned Vehicles: All vehicles are sold "As-Is, Where-Is."
- Warranty: We do not provide any implied warranties regarding future performance. Any warranty (e.g., engine/gearbox service warranty) must be documented in the official Sales Agreement.
- Inspections: Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle personally or bring a mechanic before purchase.
5. Deposits and Payments
- Offline Transactions: This website does not accept online payments. All payments must be made via Bank Transfer or in-person at our showroom.
- Refunds: Deposits made to reserve a vehicle are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Aurobil Cars shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided here.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
